Feminine Flow Yoga

Flow with your Inner Feminine Nature


Feminine Flow Yoga is a form of yoga that I developed with inspiration from both of my yoga training courses, in Vinyasa Flow & (Womb) Yoga Therapy for Women's Health.


In the Feminine Flow lessons we have our basic attention in the pelvic area & the Source energy. From there the movement may arise - linked to the breath - and that is where it also returns.


We work with the chakras, the energies of the elements in the body, the connection between the feminine energies of the heart and the source, which is hidden between the root (the base chakra) and the womb (the second chakra), with mantras (chants) and mudras (hand gestures).


We honor our inner nature, in connection with the outer nature, and thus feel that we are Whole.


Feminine Flow can be practiced in all stages of a woman's life, with the exception of the time of Pregnancy, and all stages of the cycle, with extra care and adjustment during the menstrual phase. I will provide adjustments and options for postures in class, with the invitation for you to follow your own flow at all times.


At the moment I do not offer regular Feminine Flow classes, but you can contact me for collaboration in a retreat or your yoga studio.
