Womb Yoga for Fertility & Conception

Getting pregnant is something that seems easy for some and can feel like a more complicated process for others.

Many different aspects can play a role in whether or not you can become pregnant - some are similar to each other, others are unique to each woman.

The practice of Womb Yoga can help to create awareness on deeper levels in a holistic way around your (and your) fertility and conception process.

Womb Yoga can support letting go and inviting receptivity. From that peace and relaxation can often arise answers and transformation.

"The 1 on 1 womb yoga session with Sita was a gift that I bow deeply for. My wish was to be able to experience a deeper layer in the relationship with my womb. The tension I had with it because of hormone imbalance and the desire to become pregnant always played an important role.

How can Womb Yoga help?

Womb Yoga for Fertility & Conception can provide support in:

  • a conscious (pre)conception process (conscious conception)
  • feel a deeper connection with your womb and cycle
  • softness and acceptance of where you are now, and take that as a starting point
  • boost your libido and sexual drive
  • to tap into your creative power
  • connecting with your baby before it is born
  • connecting with the emotional and psychological themes surrounding conception and pregnancy
  • help you connect with your partner and him/her/them

more involved in the process in your body

Getting pregnant is something you do together

Because getting pregnant is something that is often not done alone, but usually together with a partner, this is one of the 1-1 yoga forms that I also offer to couples, if this is desirable and something that really feels right for you. The support of a partner can be the key to transformation, so feel free to approach me together if you want to.

You can also do some sessions alone, and others together.

During a session we will mainly focus on the things that you / you encounter in your process. There will also be an intake and time to share what you are up against, so that the practice and guidance will be completely focused on your unique situation and needs.
