The word 'Womb' is the English word for 'womb', and refers to the 'Source Energy'.




Womb Yoga is all-encompassing in supporting the vitality of the female body, bringing you as a woman back to your cyclical inner nature, feminine essence, life and creation energy, in every phase of your life.


*Even if you as a woman no longer physically have a uterus and/or ovaries, this powerful energy is still present.
